What do you make of it?

I found this posting in my list of postings and realized that it had never been posted as a posting so enjoy your surprise posting!

I was going to do an "Emmy's Birthday" post but then realized that I haven't even done Kenna's birthday so here are the girls' birthday pics.

Mckenna wanted ice cream cake for her birthday so I made her one.. and she wanted it caramelley!  On the bottom is Lucerne Tin Lizzie Cheesecake Icecream, then a layer of butterscotch iceacream topping, then a layer of crumbled golden oreos and then vanilla icecream.  Kenna had wanted cookies and cream on top, but Safeway was out so we used the vanilla that we had at home!

The table setting.  I, personally, cannot justify spending too much money on b-day decorations.  Quite often the girls will get the same theme.  Between Liquidation World 2 years ago, and the dollar store, Kenna was quite pleased.

We had "make your own" pizzas for lunch.. enjoyed by all

and for something else to do, we made stepping stones.  It was a bit of a fiasco mixing the concrete, but it all worked out in the end and I now have a beautifully decorated flower bed!
